Does not fit, does not exist! Front door repair - made easy with Schüring repair locks.

In any case, this applies to the retrofit locks / repair locks from Schüring. If a door lock has to be replaced, it is often difficult or even impossible to find a new original lock or a suitable alternative - for example, because the model has been removed from the range or the lock type can no longer be precisely identified. The solution to this problem is a lock developed by Schüring, which is flexible both in the height of the lock and in the position of the bolts.

This is achieved by a three-part design: The main lock was designed to fit into existing sash openings, taking into account the backset. A toothed shoe at the ends of the short cuff of the main lock enables the attachment of additional or DK locking points, thus allowing further locking points in different lengths to be mounted to the main lock as round bolts, circular bolts, or roller or mushroom pins.

Retrofit lock circular bolt

Flexible due to three-way split

• Semi-circular bolt made of high-quality steel (circular bolt), steel bolts or DK locks
• End position locking: Each locking point is individually secured
• Precisely fitting bearing of the square spindle
• Innovative locking technology for a good fit of the door, optimum noise protection and excellent thermal insulation: with the first key turn the circular deadbolts extend in a circular movement or the round bolts in a linear forward movement and ensure gentle leaf advance, with a further turn optimum tightness and undisturbed insertion of the central deadbolt into the striker is achieved. Closing with the round bolt is carried out in the same way, but the forward pull is somewhat less comfortable due to the smaller entry surface.

Die Schließung beim Rundbolzen läuft in der gleichen Weise ab, jedoch ist der Voranzug aufgrund der geringeren Einlauffläche etwas weniger komfortabel.

Door Hinges

High-quality, stable door hinges are the linchpin of every front door. The robust Schüring door hinges convince with outstanding functionality and withstand even heavy use. All Schüring door hinges are tested and certified according to the European standard DIN EN 1935 for at least 200,000 movement cycles at a door weight of 120 kg and are therefore also suitable for doors in escape and rescue routes and doors with increased security requirements. This is regularly monitored by an accredited, independent testing institute.

 In addition to the numerous standard colours, the high-quality, powder-coated surfaces can also be finished in numerous RAL colours. Thus the door hinges perfectly match the respective colour scheme or provide an optical highlight on the door. Simple installation, infinitely variable, three-dimensional adjustment and perfect screw connection using special door hinge screws are standard for all door hinges from Schüring.
