The FlexDesign sets are made of aluminium or die-cast and have a shield width of 35 or 45 mm. The lever handles are fixed/rotatable on a die-cast substructure with 10 mm support cams, have an integrated return spring and are completed with the clip-on FlexDesign cover plates.
The triple M6 screw connection is matched to the lock dimensions and concealed from the inside and outside. The fittings can be used on the left and right. The outside plates are securely fixed with a concealed screw. External handles are screwed onto solid backplates.
The mounting sets with three M6 screws and an 8 mm square must be ordered separately. You can achieve a technically perfect fit and function of the lever handle set using the Schüring set drilling jig. The FlexDesign door handle sets are tested in accordance with DIN EN 1906 for at least 200,000 test cycles in use category 4 (contract fittings).
