The processing of your IP address takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Both the purpose of this processing and our legitimate interest result from the guarantee of a smooth connection setup, a pleasant use of our website and for reasons of system security and stability. The above data will be deleted automatically after the above mentioned purposes have been achieved.

We process the following data within the framework of the execution of the orders concluded with you in our online shop:

The processing of the mentioned data takes place for the purpose of contract execution. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. The processing of your email address is based on our legal obligation according to the German Civil Code to send you an order confirmation. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO.

As described under III. 4. and 5., your personal data will be forwarded to payment and transport companies in order to process our contracts.

In order to process your orders, we process the order data listed under III. 3. by passing it on to third parties. The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

We transmit your address data to the company commissioned with the delivery. If it is necessary for the execution of the contract, we additionally transmit your e-mail address or your telephone number for the coordination of a delivery date. In addition, we transmit your transaction data (name, date of order, method of payment, date of dispatch and/or receipt, amount and recipient of payment, bank details or credit card details, if applicable) to the payment service provider commissioned to process the payment.

Through a password-protected customer account you have the possibility to transmit your personal data to us for permanent storage. The creation of such a customer account is voluntary and not necessary for the execution of orders.

If you decide to create such a customer account, your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. Once your customer account has been set up, it is no longer necessary to re-enter your personal data in order to carry out the orders.

We process personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. The processing can also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents electronically, for example by e-mail, or if postal applications are later recorded in our computer systems. Open vacancies can be found under the heading "Job market" on our website. If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the personal data transmitted will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the responsible person does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be deleted after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the responsible person stand in the way of deletion. Other legitimate interests in this sense include, for example, the duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz - AGG).

Your personal data will only be passed on within the Schüring Group for the purpose of safeguarding legitimate interests within our group of companies, in particular for the uniform administration of various business areas which are subject to the management of a specific company.

Your personal data will also be passed on to companies of the Schüring Group which are based outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, we always ensure compliance with the requirements of the DSGVO and ensure that the following security standards are met:

- We only transfer your personal data to third countries which have an adequate level of protection in the sense of the DSGVO pursuant to Art. 45 DSGVO on the basis of a decision of the EU Commission.

 

- If the third country to which your personal data is transferred does not have such an adequacy decision by the EU Commission, we will ensure that the transfer takes place on the basis of suitable guarantees in accordance with Art. 46 DSGVO.

According to art. 15 para. 3 DSGVO you have the right to request a free copy of all processed personal data concerning you. A reasonable fee may be charged for further copies. The right to receive a copy must not interfere with the freedoms of others. The right to receive a copy may be opposed by trade secrets and intellectual property rights of third parties.

Pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, you have the right to demand immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.

 

4 Right to deletion

Pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

 

5 Right to limitation of processing

Pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO.

Pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another responsible person.

 

7 Right to revoke consent

In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, you have the right to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.

 

8 Right to complain to the supervisory authority

Pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates applicable statutory provisions.
